Exchange-Only Policy (No Returns)

Amaze Global Exports maintains a strict Exchange-Only policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

  • If you wish to swap an item for a different size or style, you may initiate an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Garments must be strictly unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original luxurious packaging with all tags still securely attached.
  • Once your item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, your exchange will be processed promptly.

Exchange Shipping Charges

To ensure the highest quality experience, we ask our clients to cover the logistics associated with exchanging an item.

  • Exchange Shipping: The cost of shipping the original garment back to our facility is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Replacement Shipping: The shipping charges for sending the new, exchanged garment back to your address will also be borne by you.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during an exchange.

Free Shipping Promotion

We are delighted to offer complimentary shipping on qualifying luxury purchases. Please note the following specific conditions:

  • Free shipping is valid only for orders totaling over $100 (before taxes).
  • This promotion is strictly valid all over Canada only. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
  • The free shipping promotion applies to the initial purchase only and cannot be applied retrospectively to cover exchange shipping fees.
